Adjustable Gopro Hero 5/6/7 mount for Hyperlite Glide

Adjustable Gopro Hero 5/6/7 mount for Hyperlite Glide

thingiverse

I designed this mount specifically for the Hyperlite Glide, but it will also work with any other Hyperlite frame that has the same hole pattern. The concept behind this design is to create an adjustable GoPro mount that remains rock-solid in all angles without relying on permanent solutions like zip ties. The mount attaches to the frame using four screws at the base and a single screw through the top half, which threads into a hex nut on the bottom. Ideally, this should be a press nut for easier installation. This design supports three key angles: 10, 20, and 30 degrees, ensuring versatility across various use scenarios. Switching between these angles is straightforward - simply remove the GoPro and unscrew one screw. I have yet to print this model, so it's likely that there are some issues yet to be resolved. I'd appreciate feedback from users who test this design, which will allow me to make necessary adjustments. The bottom plate is also adaptable to any frame, provided modifications are made to accommodate the center hole on the Hyperlite Glide. If you're aware of other frames that could benefit from this mount, please let me know. As I haven't printed this model yet, I'm uncertain about the optimal print settings.
