Adjustable Gas Mask flow restrictor
thingiverse
If you're into certain fetishes, you already know what this is, and what it's used for. Turning the knurl-headed screw on one end moves a cone in or out of a small hole, changing how much air can pass through. The other end is threaded for a standard 40mm Nato gas mask. I used an excellent knurled nut and bolt pattern by Akira3dp0, and the basic gas mask plug from DeviantDesigns, and did some tweaking in meshmixer to add a cone from the primitive menu, cut air holes, and get it all to work together. The knurling is great for grip, for when your fingers get a bit slippery, but you still need to make adjustments.
