Adjustable Float switch bracket

Adjustable Float switch bracket

thingiverse

This is an adjustable float switch bracket specifically designed for reef tanks and their automated top-off systems (ATO) and safety floats, compatible with APEX models. My plans are to create multiple attachment styles suitable for sump utilities, such as probe brackets and holders for 6/4mm tubes, which will all utilize this same rod design. Future attachments are in development. This bracket is ideal for hanging on 8mm thick glass or plexiglas within a sump setup. It features two suction cup holes that provide a secure grip to prevent the bracket from shifting or moving during use. For added functionality, it has two float switch holes that allow for parallel or series wiring with 8mm diameter switches. The adjustable design makes it easy to mount multiple brackets on this support rod, which can be advantageous when using different levels of attachment is required. When creating your print, ensure you select ABS plastic or another material suitable for marine applications like a reef tank. It's worth noting that PLA may not meet these specific requirements. Once printed, I'll share detailed images and any relevant details about the printing process, which includes raft and support setup notes below:
