__Materials Used:__ - Rope (6mm thick 7m long) loop made with the fastener closed with 4 M3 bolts and nuts - Two broomsticks (23mm thick 1.5m long) connected with a non-bendy tube and a nail into each one - Mounted to the fence with (5mm thick 25mm long) wood screws and two scrap wood boards as a spacers - Pulley system held by 2 screws for each pulley part, one should be enough on the bottom one and use a screw on the top one from above and on the side preferably a nail I made this for the Israeli independence day. The flag is held from three 3D printed rings by zip ties (“flag_zip_tie_ring.stl”), and can be replaced easy or lowered down to “half mast” on memorial days and as a symbol of respect, mourning and distress. __“top_pulley_system_+IL_Flag.stl”-__ If you want a (different) flag on the top pulley system like in “top_pulley_system_+IL_Flag.stl”, find a CLEAR photo of it, convert to an svg file (I use https://convertio.co/jpg-svg/), go into your CAD modelling software (I use tinkercad (https://www.tinkercad.com/)) and upload it, make it 1.25mm thick and 0.25mm into the model, make sure to keep the ratio correct (search for it in google, mine was 2:3); if your flag has more then 2 colours, cut the flag into colour groups and shift the layers accordingly. Use the colour change function in your slicer. make sure to block support material on any corner as long as its not essential. __"bottom pully systemV3tightingboldadd.stl" - __ This allows you to tighten the bottom pulley without making it permanent or drilling into the broomstick, you will need to stop the print at the layer that closes the hole for the M4 nut (for me it is layer num. 48 at 0.3mm resolution), I have NOT tested it yet (the 29th of Apr.23), so let me know if you have and how did it work out. __"mount to wall.stl"-__ You do __not__ have to use all ten (10) holes, four (4) is more then enough, although make sure you are doing in an x form, meaning if you screw in the topmost left hole do the bottommost right hole (these two should be more then sturdy). If you have an extra rough weather then you might want to consider printing it from stronger, more durable material like ABS for a warmer climate and PETG for a cooler climate. Over all, for __extra__ durability, print __all__ parts from white PETG, as it will heat up less, and will be stronger in winds and rain. NOTES: 1. __DO NOT__ use screws that are bigger then holes in the model, use of these WILL crack and/or break the model. 2. __DO NOT__ overtighten the screws, this action WILL crack and/or break the model. 3. You __WILL__ require a powered drill and the corresponding bits. __GOOD LUCK!
