I redesigned toolson's original design from the ground up. I opted to use 608 bearings, which were conveniently already on hand. To enhance stability, I enlarged the base plate and added a layer of rubber tape, ensuring that the feet stay firmly in place on the work surface. This modified version accommodates both small and large spools with equal ease. Note: commercial use is strictly prohibited!
