I wanted to make a filament guide that could guide the filament from above and below my printer. So I made an adjustable guide with two bearings that make sure that the filament is centered for the intake of the extruder. The assembly is pretty straight forward. You'll need these mechanical parts: - 2 x m8 hex nut - 2 x m8x20 hex socket screw - 2 x 608z bearings (standard skateboard bearings) And you'll need to print these parts: - 1 x mainframe - 2 x Roller - 2 x spacer The spacer parts are needed to create some space between the bearings and the mainframe. The rollers can be slided over the bearings. If the tolerance is too small, it is possible to scale the roller part a little bit in a sliding software. The guide is mounted on the frame with the bolt and nut of the upper left v-slot wheel. The filament guide has the same curvature of the sheet metal, which prevents possible rotation of the guide itself.
