This design is approximate recreation of design made by [ross_k](https://www.thingiverse.com/ross_k/designs) https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2752080 https://www.thingiverse.com/ross_k/designs and his uploaded file: Ender_Z-Axis_Motor_Mount.stl This is not the long screws version. I have recreated it because I needed a design with better options for customizing. Mainly I needed thinner spacer than 0.5 mm. What's more community could benefit from releasing complete design so everyone can customize spacer to needed dimensions. I have published stl files with various spacer thickness and tail length. For example file: spacer_0p60mm_tail30mm.stl Has 0,60mm thickness of spacer (and 0,60mm of height added to mount part) and has 30 mm long tail. Files have 0.12mm increments to fit Cura settings for Ender 3 printer. I used layer height 0.12mm to get most precise thickness of mount. I am using 30 mm long tail version for my Ender 3 V2 printer. For now I had best luck with 0,36 mm thick spacer. I still have differences up to 3 mm in gap between rod and frame when i measure with gantry moved to different Z heights. And my rod is still tilted in X axis which i believe i could fix with next design iteration, that will have wider motor mount hole for larger adjustment X offset.
