Adjustable Drawing Tablet Stand for Smaller Build Plates
thingiverse
I recently got a new drawing tablet and needed a stand for it, and the one by scaryPug (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4717731/) was perfect! The only problem was that for my particular machine, some of the parts were a little tight to fit on the build plate. So I went and broke them up so they could print easier and it works amazingly.I also took inspiration from the remix by SketchyTed (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5750309) and made the original front frame smaller to no loss in effectiveness. All of the parts can be oriented and printed without supports. Once printed, you can use M3 bolts to join the pieces back together. Some of them have a joint piece that I included for additional stability. You could even use M4 bolts if you drill out the hole a bit and let the thread cut into the plastic. I would recommend bolting them together in a way that does not come into contact with the tablet.Once the pieces are joined back together, you can assemble like the original thing and begin creating awesome art!
