I swapped out my downtube shifters for handlebar shifters, so I created a custom part to make the frame compatible with handlebar shifters and added cable tensioners. To find the right screws, I rummaged through two broken Shimano Tourney rear derailleurs and salvaged their cable tensioner screws. Cable tensioners require M5 screws, so I designed the part to work seamlessly with an M5 nut that requires an 8mm wrench for tightening. The center screws that secure the body to the frame are M5 Allen head bolts, measuring 15mm in length.
