Adjustable Coffee Brew Time Tag
thingiverse
We've got three coffee air pots at work, and it's like playing Russian Roulette every time - you never know if you're getting fresh brew or something from yesterday. For my first print run, I set the layer height to 0.2 and got decent results. Next time around, I'll try dialing in the settings a bit tighter, dropping the layer height down to 0.1 for some improved definition on those numbers. To give myself an extra edge, I added a pinch of glue to each dial hole to create some friction. After going over everything with a black Sharpie, it seems to be working pretty well. The whole setup is designed for use with 1.75mm filament, which I feed through the holes. To keep things tidy, I melted off the ends of the filament with a hot screwdriver and sealed them in place.
