adjustable clip to connect elastic to the NIH approved face shield

This adjustable clip connects 1/2 wide elastic to the NIH approved face shield. The DtM-v3.1 Face Shield PPE, 3D printable headband NO LOGO can be found at https://3dprint.nih.gov/discover/3dpx-013359. I created this design because I lacked "button hole" elastic. The fit is snug to prevent it from coming loose during use. Both ends of the elastic can be used to adjust the fit. Attach the elastic to the clips and place the clip over the face shield connection at 90°. Rotate the clip towards the back of the mask to lock it in place. This design corresponds to the clip I designed for the "Prusa Face Shield - US version" which is available at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4266845.
