A custom-designed adjustable leveling foot is engineered for cabinets, featuring a robust M5 nut precision-pressed into place to securely accommodate an M5 hex head cap screw and a non-marring cap that fits snugly onto the screw's hex head via press fit or epoxy adhesive. This innovative design mounts utilizing four sturdy #8x3/8" round-head sheet metal screws or comparable fasteners. The leveling foot was 3D printed in high-strength carbon fiber PLA for optimal performance, exceeding expectations by a wide margin. Rigorous testing revealed that the feet can withstand an impressive 200 pounds per linear foot when securely attached to 18mm furniture plywood with 3/8" screws, demonstrating their exceptional durability and reliability.
