Adjustable Bottlecutter

Adjustable Bottlecutter

thingiverse

This bottle cutter is used to cut a straight groove in a glass container. It fits a Silberschnitt glas-cutter that works flawlessly for cutting various types of glass. After you place the groove on the glass, you can easily apply heat and cold to make it crack along the line. The M8 thread for the thumbscrew has been made with a tap for better screw performance. With long M5 screws, it is adjustable to fit many different glass container sizes. Bottlecutter.stl needs to be printed twice, and 32 pieces of BC_Wheel.stl are required. You will need the following additional hardware: 8x Screws M8 x 40 (you can get longer if you prefer) 8x Nuts M8 1x Thumbscrew M8 2x Screws M5 x 80 1x Silberschnitt 15024 glas-cutter/Glasschneider (http://amzn.to/2yOMu8a) 1x M8 Tap This is my first functional 3D design. Made with TinkerCAD
