This precision laser sight is engineered specifically for affordable keychain lasers. To assemble it, you'll need four screws - one to trigger the power button and three to fine-tune the laser alignment. You can tailor its dimensions to suit your needs, but by default, it's optimized for a 1/2" CPVC or copper tube blowgun. To align the laser, use my collimator: simply place the laser in the sight mount and rotate the mount within the vee-shaped holes of the collimator while shining it at an object several meters away. Next, adjust the adjustment screws until the spot barely changes when you rotate it (the level of precision is up to you). I still can't figure out why my last print turned out so poor.
