Adjustable BL-Touch sensor mount for Ender 3 and CR10 REMIX to use a 4-40 screw and nut (with STEP file)

I recommend using the following remix for the base by eric_csuf, which adds some pockets to help the base of the mount sit flush to the hot end carriage that it mounts to. It will require supports to print his version, but they should be minimal, just FYI. This looks like a good improvement, and you can find it at the link below (4-40 nut version): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3586322 You will still need to "wing" here, but please use the remix'ed base. Slight modification has been made to hopefully make sure this does not interfere with the limit switch for the X axis. It was brought in just a bit on the right side, which brings it back to the original dimension, and is still bumped out near the top of the mount to give some extra material around the nut. This is the "adj-bltouch-mount_4-40_4B1-mount-UNTESTED.stl" version. This is the same thing as the original mount here (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3148733), but instead of using a M3 screw and nut to hold the wing on, it is designed to use a 4-40 screw and nut. In case M3 screws are not easy to find, and only SAE is locally available, this version of the mount (adj-bltouch-mount_4-40_4A2-mount-UNTESTED.stl) is designed to use 4-40 screws and nuts to hold the wing on. The only change to the mount is that it is about 0.7mm wider and the pocket for the captive nut is made larger (now is 6.5mm flat to flat for the 4-40 nut). This 4-40 version of the mount has not been tested, but I did slice it, and when using a 0.4mm nozzle there will be a small gap where the nut is closest to the circular cutout in the mount. For that reason, I'd suggest if trying the 4-40 mount, to use a high infill % and at least 3 walls, also don't over tighten the nut due to the gap. The STP for this 4-40 version of the mount is also uploaded. The wings are included here for convenience but they are identical to the originals which were designed for M3 (the hole size is not different enough to justify modifying them for the 4-40 screws). A washer may be needed if the 4-40 screw head is too small. Will leave this as a work in progress. Also, it can be printed flat with no supports, just rotate the mount 90 degrees.
