Could never get my BL touch dialled in so I wanted something I could adjust from the top with a single turn. You could use either a spring over the M4 screw and print a dial for the top, or use elastic bands as I have to keep the tension. Update I no longer use this thing since learning how to properly set z height offset, and Ive since updated the print head to a new design.
