Remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4903022 I have a v2 biqu h2 with full metal heatbreak and it looks like the nozzle is a bit higher then the original design is for. I changed the screw holes to be adjustable for the biqu so you can shift it a bit as needed.
