Adjustable Belt Tightener
thingiverse
The STL is designed for GT2 belts; however, the openSCAD file allows customization for other sizes. Belt ends loop through two printed blocks placed approximately 1" apart, held in place by removable clips that force belt teeth to lock together when doubled over. Adjustment is made by tightening #6 bolts passed through the blocks. The design doesn't depend on tooth spacing but requires adjusting only belt height, width, and doubled height for various sizes. Zip ties could potentially replace bolts, while the openSCAD file or customizer can be used for size alterations.
