Adjustable belt tensioner X or Y
thingiverse
This design is inspired by a model from Thingiverse; it features Autodesk Inventor format design files exclusively. You can view pictures of my other 3D prints on Flickr at http://www.flickr.com/photos/65661005@N03/sets/72157627941954950/. To assemble, print the two components and fasten them with an M4 nut and screw for adjustable tension. I utilized these on both X and Y axes because they have protective shoes that prevent belt damage. For enhanced adhesion during printing, I printed four shoes in one go using Slic3r's new brim feature for better attachment to the heated build platform.
