The adjustable belt splitter, modeled after the RepRap belt splitter jig (http://reprap.org/wiki/Belt_splitter_jig), offers four width options for splitting: A - 1/4th inch, B - 1/8th inch, C - 3/16th inch, and D - 5/16th inch. To use this tool, you need to print three STL files: BeltSplitterNotchedWidth-InchV3.stl, BeltSplitterUnnotchedWidth-InchV3.stl, and two BeltSplitterBase-InchV3.stl. The required materials are a standard box cutter blade and four M4x40 cap screws with their corresponding nuts. Similar to the RepRap belt splitter jig concept, be cautious as the blade will have exposed edges.
