Adjustable tension GT2 belt connectors for RigidBot printers are specifically designed to work seamlessly with Alex Lee's idler pulley upgrade. These connectors require the use of a 30-35mm M3 screw, which can be longer if you want to achieve a wider range of tension adjustments. Additionally, they make use of a reliable M3 lock nut. For optimal results, it is highly recommended that you print these connectors using ABS or other plastics with higher glass transition temperatures, such as PLA, as this will help prevent them from failing when used near the heated bed. The 1mm gap version has looser tolerances between the connector and the insert. The x and y axis parts are identical, differing only in their mirrored design.
