This tool holds small parts firmly in place, like bulkheads to a keel, allowing for precise gluing. Ideal for model boats and airplanes, its sturdy design ensures accurate placement. Although the spring is not perfect, it serves as a suitable makeshift solution. The center post is constructed from a piece of M3 allthread, providing added stability. Most holes measure 2.5mm and can be tapped to accommodate an M3 thread. 2019_12_10: The flat disk has been replaced with a taller one, significantly enhancing stability and making the entire assembly less prone to floppiness. Two images were inadvertently compressed, but the device is not as bulky as it appears. To facilitate assembly, socket head cap screws have been used; however, setscrews would produce a smoother finish.
