adjust. min/max endstops for Z-axis
thingiverse
Mount the endstops with adjustable minimum endstop mounts that can be adjusted to fit your Prusa i3 Hesine's specifications. The microswitch mount features wings designed to prevent accidental movement of its position while rotating around a sliding rod. A bolt tip is also included to provide extra room for deviations. The design is tailored specifically for the Prusa i3 Hesine, and I recommend using lock nuts (DIN985) in this vibrating environment due to their tight fit. If you don't have lock nuts available, you can use normal nuts plus one at the top of the block to secure the position of the screw. To attach the mount and motor, two longer bolts are required. M3 screws with 25mm threads were used for assembly. Edit: The wings on the maximum endswitch mount have been adjusted slightly due to competition from the lead screw nut and screws. A revised .stl-file is now available for the "min_max_endstop for Z-axis". Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 Hesine Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 25%
