I designed my own BLTouch mounts for the Gorilla Fang Fan when I couldn't find any that matched, and I also needed a mounting system that wouldn't obstruct airflow to the Hot End Fan. Since I wasn't sure of the exact height required for the mount, I decided to make it adjustable in the Z-axis. I used a 4mm by 10mm socket head capscrew with a washer to securely lock the two parts together. A captive 4mm nut made assembly straightforward and hassle-free. The Y offset measures 42mm.
