Adirondack Chair Routing Templates
thingiverse
This is a set of router templates I created for building an Adirondack chair from easy-to-follow designs published by Popular Mechanics. You'll notice multiple print templates where I've split up each piece and added tabs, allowing you to print them on a LulzBot Taz 6-sized bed (280mmx280mm). For those with access to a CNC or a larger print bed, I've also included the intact pieces. Be aware that the split pieces will leave some gaps and bumps - simply sand these out of the template or smooth over when finishing the piece. To learn how to use templates to shape wood with a router, check out this informative Rockler video.
