Adipose Cookie Cutter - With Eyes
thingiverse
Human: A Custom-Made Adipose from Doctor Who. Designed using my own Python extension, this adipose is tailored to perfection. I chose a 0.4mm thickness as the ideal round number (Slic3r's auto thickness is 0.43mm), ensuring optimal results every time. Two walls are chosen for continuous use, as one wall proved too thin and cracked after only 13 cookies. On the other hand, three walls would deform the dough's edge if it's thicker than 4mm, a problem that was noticeable even at lower thicknesses. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Silver Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 25% Notes: This design requires an outside wall thickness of exactly 0.4mm to produce a cutter with two walls all the way around. Scaling up or down may lead to issues with the cutters' walls, but further testing is needed to confirm this. Using an infill of 25% proved strong enough to cut sugar cookies without any problems and remained semi-flexible under pressure. Increasing the infill above 25% will make the cutter even stronger, but it's not necessary. A minimum of 20% was tested before breaking occurred, so I bumped up the infill by 5% for added security.
