The replacement extruder for Adimlabs Gantry I3 boasts an upgraded arm, designed to withstand the wear and tear that can cause the original to crack. This enhanced model leverages the stock hardware, bearing, and spring, while reutilizing the original black metal mounting plates, except for the lower mount, which is not shown. Notably, the tolerances on this design are extremely tight, requiring some parts to be filed or hand-finished to ensure smooth operation. The test fit images provided are a work in progress, but the extruder should function as expected even at this stage.
