Adimlab X-Tensioner stronger Pulley

I modified the pulley because the original design was too delicate for use with a tight belt. To strengthen it, I thickened the wings that attach to the wheel. This change makes assembly more challenging, but the part now fits snugly and doesn't impede movement. You may need to use a longer screw than before, but in my case, the same screw barely fit after modification. Additionally, I printed the pulley at 0.1 layer height to enhance layer adhesion.
