ADIMLab Killer Cobra Kooler 40mm Fan Remix

This is a remix of the 40mm fan version of the Adimlab Killer Cobra Kooler (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3315784). The fans needed for this are 40mm x 40mm x 10mm in size, as 20mm thick fans will not work without further modifications. The parts cooler has a shorter fan box to clear the z leadscrews when set to the full right position. Both the parts cooler and hotend cooler are slightly longer to help clear the printer's right side. The hotend cooler features a redesigned cooling tip that is flatter and has a larger screw adapter diameter. Additionally, the area to clear the rear bolt has been redesigned for better accommodation of the nut. The fan mounting areas on both parts are thicker. The Hotend cooler is relatively easy to print with the fan box placed on the heatbed and the cooling tip facing upwards. The parts cooler, however, presents a more challenging printing experience. I spent considerable time using Meshmixer to find an optimal orientation for printing, ultimately settling for a 45-degree angle with slight tilting and support from a raft. The pictures show the part being held at this approximate orientation, requiring careful removal of supports on one tip. HARDWARE: Fan screws used were #4 x 3/4 inch wood screws; magnets utilized were 8 each 2mm x 10mm glued on with superglue. Larger magnets (20 mm) are recommended but should be no thicker than 3mm. To assemble the parts, glue them together with the fan boxes aligned as shown in the pictures. UPDATE: 5/5/19 I've re-sliced the part cooling portion using Cura 3.6's auto-orientation plugin, set to "Calculate extended optimal printing orientation." This appears to print as shown in the picture but without any support inside the cooling ducts. This should work very well. I've included the GCODE file.
