Adimlab Gantry-S E3D V6 Hotend, Fan & Air Duct Assembly

This is an E3D V6 hotend mount, along with a fan mount and air ducts for the Adimlab Gantry-S 3D printer. The heatsink air duct used is the blue one that comes with an E3D hotend. This setup works perfectly with OEM fans, thermistor & heater. Optional, but I printed some small washers to mount the fans. They can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3759981 I tried printing all these parts together but encountered issues with the air ducts. Recommend printing the air ducts separately for best results. I printed the ducts with the duct opening straight up and with support everywhere, which made removal of supports a breeze. I used PETG for its flexibility and heat resistance, but ABS should work very well too, and PLA is also fine. Once you get everything printed, install the groove mount first, without putting the hotend on yet. The fan mount goes underneath, slipping onto OEM hotend mounting pins without needing any hardware. Be sure to check fit first. Mount the fans onto the fan mount first, then put the fan mount into place, using a tray or something underneath to catch small screws and washers if you drop them. Don't forget to put air ducts on when mounting fans. Remove the fan that came with the blue air duct and replace it with OEM fan. After fans are all mounted and ready to go, work on the hotend. If you have some polymide tape, remove it from the heater and thermistor, arranging them with wires towards the back and as flat as possible. Be very careful with the thermistor. For the E3D V6 groove mount, you'll need: 2 each 3mm square nuts 2 each 3mm x 8 screws 1 each M3 x 25 screw and 1 M3 nut For fans, here's what you'll need: 8 of the 3D printed washers (optional) Top: 4 each 2mm x 8 and 4 each 2mm nuts Bottom: 4 each 2mm x 12. Don't forget to put fan ducts on. UPDATE: I've decreased the size of bottom fan mount screws to 1.4mm, which should enable them to bite into plastic better.
