Adimlab Gantry-S Adjustable Z Stop

This is a remix of "ADIMLab Z-Axis End Stop Adjustment" by Rabbit1210 on Thingiverse to adapt it for the Adimlab Gantry-S 3D printer. Remove the factory bracket and the z stop from the bracket. For the knob, you will need an M3 x 40 screw, one M3 nut, one washer, and an ink pen spring. Press an M3 nut into the knob. Hold the knob with the nut on top and slide a washer between the knob and the bracket slot. Align the M3 x 40 screw and tighten it all the way. Be sure to align it so it comes out the bottom part where the block goes. Put the spring over the screw. Place a square m3 nut into the horizontal slot of the block. Then place the block with the bottom hole over the screw and push it down. Tighten the screw until it is threaded in. You should now be able to turn the screw and adjust the position of the block. To put the z stop onto the block you can either use the screws that came with it, but be careful not to over tighten them, or you can put square M3 nuts into the slots and use some M3 x 12 or M3 x 15 screws. You might need a washer with M3 x 15 screws. To mount the bracket to the frame, place either four M4 x 10 or M3 x 10 screws and extrusion nuts on the bracket. For M3 screws you should probably use washers. Tighten the extrusion nuts just tight enough until the bottom 3 are aligned horizontally and the top one is aligned vertically without moving. Hold the bracket in place and one at a time unscrew the screws no more than 3-4 turns then re-tighten the screw until tight in the v slot. Repeat for each screw. 11/24/19 UPDATE: I didn't like the play in the block so I adjusted it so it is tighter. The new model for the block is v3. For strength print the bracket with 3-4 walls and high infill. I used 4 walls and 45% gyroid infill in Cura. You don't need supports everywhere, but I did use them, but only on the overhang of the block and the area of the bracket it fits into. I did this by using support blockers in Cura so the support only goes where you want it to. If you don't know how to use support blockers you can print without support. If you want to learn how to watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=su_m5zV9rvA The block and the knob don't need as much infill or walls.
