Adimlab BMG & E3D V6 Setup for Creality Style 3-Wheel Back Plate - Remix

This is a remix of "Bondtech BMG on a Taz 4 (or Taz 3-5--needs slight mod for Taz 6)" by jaln". I appreciate how the design keeps things simple, integrates the parts cooler air duct effectively, and provides good visibility of the printhead. The main goal of this remix was to adapt this setup to my Adimlab Gantry printer. However, this setup should work on a lot of printers that use a Creality-style carriage. I will make some versions of this so it fits different type carriages such as a Creality 4-wheel carriage, linear rails, the Adimlab Pro carriage, and others as requested. For this 3-wheel version, on the Adimlab printer, I found the x-axis belt anchors were too high, so I made some little blocks to put the belt into. You will need to mirror it in your slicer for the second one. If you don't have a belt tensioner on your printer, I highly recommend printing one now. It will be difficult to get the belt tension adjusted otherwise. I used these belt holders https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2354961 in combination with a small screw and nut on the belt and looped it back. See the pictures. I made the holding bracket taller so it also acts as a strain relief for the cable (the intent here is to get rid of the Adimlab cable chain due to some broken wiring issues). The air duct plugs for this version fit better, and the inside plug has a tab to make it easier to install. I suggest using a small amount of silicone sealant to hold the plugs in place and allow removal if needed. I didn't include the probe mount but it can be downloaded from the original thing here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2844819. Parts: BMG Extruder (Bondtech or Clone) E3D V6 Hotend E3D Heat sink air duct or another one of your choice 5015 Blower Fan A pancake stepper, I used one called a "hybrid" that is between a pancake and normal size stepper. It is actually 30mm. GT2 Belt x 6mm wide HARDWARE: *** NOTE: You will need M3 x 40mm screws to mount the extruder. You may have to shorten the one that goes on the top left side of the extruder a little. *** For the rest, mostly M3 screws, 1 countersunk M3 for the stepper and I recommend short self-tapping M4's to mount the parts cooler duct. Use self-tapping M3's for the BL Touch bracket. 5/20/20: UPDATE, added a second version of the cable holding bracket and the Adimlab extruder PCB cover. This holder allows the Adimlab extruder PCB to be mounted and adds nicer cable management. Bonus it also has the Adimlab logo on it! Thanks to BA from the Adimlab FB group for this contribution! 5/17/20: UPDATE, changed the BL Touch mount so it is in the front left and closer to the nozzle. The offset is X: -27.5 and Y: -19.0. Added an E3D V6 fan duct for a 30mm fan. Loaded new 3D model pics. 5/15/20: UPDATE, BL Touch mount is too low. Removed it until it can be fixed. Note: this is fixed now. Uploaded new parts. 5/10/20: UPDATE, Changed the screw holes to mount the BL Touch bracket to the parts cooler so they will fit M3 self-tapping screws. Uploaded parts cooler model. 5/7/20: UPDATE, Removed all the 4-wheel models. I'll add those to another post to avoid confusion. The pic of the 3D model still shows the 4-wheel model for now. Added a little reinforcement to the fan arm on the backplate, made the holding bracket taller with more holes for tie straps for the cable, and made the plugs just a little bigger so they fit tighter. Also added a hole to the tabbed plug to help with cable management. Last, added a BL Touch mount.
