X_Belt - enables users to utilize their stock belt and mounting screws, while allowing effortless tension adjustment of the X-axis belt. Manufactured using three perimeters, a .2 layer thickness, and PLA material. (Updated 01-09-2019) Improved belt locking mechanism and increased adjustment capabilities have been implemented. PM-C07 Z bracket - features longer slots for mounting the Z endstop, allowing users to fine-tune the nozzle homing position closer to the build surface. This results in more rigid bed springs under tension. The design also provides enough adjustment to remove glass and apply a Buildtak surface directly to the aluminum for an additional 4mm of build height. Three perimeters, 60% infill, .2 layer, PLA material were used. FIlament_det bracket - features a clip-on design that enables the filament detector to ride on the X carriage. Users will need to extend the wiring for the detector and route it through the cable chain. Ensure sufficient wire length allows travel to full build height. Y belt holder - added a screw hole to the stock holder, allowing the addition of a 5mm screw to keep the belt clamped tight. Print in PETG or PLA material. Be cautious not to overtighten the clamp screw if using PLA. Three perimeters and 50% infill were used. (Updated 03-18-2019) Bondtech_mount - mounts to the stock X carriage, designed for Bondtech BMG standard extruder/E3D v6 hotend. The design utilizes an E3D polycarbonate heatsink duct with a supplied fan (ensure a 24v heater and fan are ordered). Bondtech_fan_duct - uses the stock ADIMLab hotend fan as a print cooling fan. Plug into the PWM fan socket, and plug the existing LED into the LED socket. Additional 3mm screws are required to mount the fan and fan duct. (Updated 03-30-2019) Stiffner_parts - utilizes 3/8" wooden dowels to stiffen the Z gantry. Users will need 5mm bolts and slot nuts to attach the printed parts. Cut the dowels to length, sand for a snug press fit, and use CA glue if necessary. This modification does not interfere with full height print volume.
