This is my individualized cooling and leveling solution that combines elements from several other creators' designs to create a modular system for easier disassembly and maintenance, such as taking apart the hot end. The sizes of the components are tailored to my specific needs, but it's possible to modify them to accommodate different fan or leveling sensor sizes if needed. I opted for 60mm Noctua fans due to their exceptional silence while still providing strong airflow, making this design compatible with any 60mm fan on the market. There is room for improvement in certain areas: When redesigning the sensor component, I overlooked adding a support bracket on the side wings, but it doesn't appear to be a structural issue at present. On the part cooling side, the fan mount isn't drilled deep enough, which could potentially cause problems with standard fan mounting screws. The semi-circular cooler may sit too low near the print surface, posing a risk of getting stuck on blobs during printing.
