Adhesion / warp test (stress & calibration)
thingiverse
This is a stress test for your printer and calibration settings, which can be printed quickly.\r\n\r\nEvery part of this test model is designed to warp in different ways, pushing your printer and settings to the limit.\r\n\r\nThe model will likely fail, but you can learn from each failure.\r\n\r\nTo make it even more challenging, print it at the corners of the heated bed.\r\n\r\nI'll be happy to help with any calibration questions; please provide this information when asking for advice:\r\n-Material: I only use PETG.\r\n-Recommended manufacturer's extruder temperature.\r\n-Recommended manufacturer's bed temperature.\r\n-Bed cleaning method, glue, or tape used. (I use a clean bed, be careful as PETG can stick too well and damage the bed!) \r\n-First layer extruder temperature.\r\n-Other layer extruder temperature.\r\n-First layer bed temperature.\r\n-Other layer bed temperature.\r\n-First layer height.\r\n-Layer height.\r\n-First layer width.\r\n-Default layer width.\r\n\r\nBefore attempting this test, make sure your bed is as flat as possible (less than 0.2mm variance).\r\n-Optimize your z-height.\r\n-Ensure the extrusion multiplier is set correctly.\r\n\r\nSome helpful resources:\r\nhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1622868\r\nhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2753088
