Adhesion and Warping Stress Test

Adhesion and Warping Stress Test

thingiverse

Based on discussions with multiple 3D printing groups, I decided to create a test print specifically designed to target bed adhesion and part warping issues. This test print features a unique rotating mechanism that causes it to peel off the bed as it cools down. If everything is correctly calibrated, the part should be challenging to print perfectly, but still allow for a wide range of successful prints. Notches along the side serve as 2.5 mm height markers, providing an instant visual indication of when the print starts to detach from the bed. Since I primarily use ABS, I deliberately avoided calibrating this test on my printer to avoid making it too easy. This means that the design is still a work in progress and open to revisions based on feedback and results. Feel free to share your prints and provide any necessary feedback.
