The temple façade was crafted in conformity with timeless architectural traditions. It proudly showcased fundamental components of classical order, yet its ornate details defied classic norms entirely. Rising majestically 10m above the ground, the architrave boasted intricate carvings of vines and animals, as well as Medusa's menacing visage at each corner. Above, a vibrant frieze featured an intriguing sequence of Zodiac figures, alternately paired with triumphant winged Victories who crowned these celestial representations. A close examination reveals that the discovered Zodiac figures are, from left to right, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Libra and a fragment of a cuirassed Sagittarius; the others, unfortunately, have suffered significant damage or remain missing altogether.
