Addons for 1/10 rc car Hauler by Artic Wings RC.

This is a customizer for the Hauler by Artic Wings RC. G1 G2 and G3 are floor panels for the hauler (grid shaped) you need to print 2XG2 others G1,and G3 x1. Lay them flat in your 3d print program no need for support. Simply super glue them on the frame of the Hauler. I added a piece of grid on the front part maybe you want put tool box or other scale items on that part. If you don't want or do not have quick access to the additional parts required for the wheel assembly. Follow the parts below. If you are using wheels that have a rim diameter of 40mm tire diameter of 70mm and the wheel has a 5 mm hex use V2STUD.stl for bush you can use any 12.8x6.2x5 or the 13x6x5. If you are using the 3x6x5 print bush in nylon. Stud can be printed in ABS or PLA. You will need 4 X M4 Bolts X45mm and 4 Lock nuts . Screw the bolt through the V2Stud you can apply some super glue before you reach the end. Then apply some greases on the area of the stud the bush is going. slide the bush on the stud and insert in the hauler wheel hub, Hold the bold head with a socket or alen key depends on your m4 bolts. Take the wheel fit it over the shaft coming out of the hub then tighten the lock nut. Put some screw lock before and once the wheel is tighten back it up a bit to feel that it is free to turn. If you are using the 12.8x6.2x5 there is already free movement but not play. i suggest that yo put a drop of super glue on the edge of bush so that it hold inside the hauler hub better. If you use the 13x6x5 you need to hammer it into the hub as with the real bearing. If you are using a 12 X wheel then use Stud.stl and the spacer wheel 12 .stl. You can use the V2Stud.stl if you want to extend your wheels but u need the wheel spacer. The wheel spacer is a 5mm hex to 12hex converter. Again use M4 bold through the stud. This is a bit more tricky to install but can be installed. Bushes can be printed without any support , lay them flat. IF possible use nylon Stud and V2 Stud set it up on the rear 6mm Hex and use support to base plate.PLA or ABS. I used 0.16 resolution. Added V2 front hitch. This is to mount on the front . Glue and use one screw to secure it to hauler. to use in combination with https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3485109. This makes perfect height set up on TRX4 2021 Bronco. Ramps Added/ Print the ramp 100% infill and the clamp 100% infill. The clamp is semi open . hold the clamp in a vice and with a screw driver open up a bit the gap. Position the ramp on the rotating shaft flat part and push through the opening. Heat up the top clamp just a bit to close again the gap to about 3 mm. The clamp is super glued to the rear of the trailer and I also added two M2x 6mm screws from the bottom so that they go nowhere. The ramps must be lifted out of the slot to rotate forward or back. IF you want to lock straight up rotated the ramp vertical . The flat part of the shaft then must be pushed down into the recesses of the clamp and the ramps are locked . This serves as as a back stop for the rear tires on the car you are towing.
