This is an Add-on piece designed to be glued to @DDart's "Gated Buckle Locking Clip" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:651533). Modeled with a sturdy part serving as the anchor for my water-resistant parachute, I can swim against resistance. I didn't create a remixed version because it could break under tension.
