Additions for 3D Glasses Stand
thingiverse
These parts were specifically created to work seamlessly with joseph_terzian's 3D Glasses Stand Samsung Smart TV, available on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:161737). A base unit comes equipped with a tray for small items, clips designed to securely attach the base to the bottom of the glasses holder, and extended support rods perfect for regular glasses. Detailed instructions are as follows: To begin printing, produce one base unit, two clips, and as many support rods as necessary. First, carefully insert the base's pegs into the designated holes located at the bottom-most section of the glasses holder. Next, place the clips within the square slots found in the rear section of this same holder (near where 1/4-20 nuts are positioned). If the clips struggle to engage the pegs due to being too thick, a gentle sanding may be necessary to allow them to slide onto the pegs correctly. Lastly, add support rods to each holder as required and secure them in place using an adhesive or acetone-based slurry for optimal results.
