Additional Tooth Brush Mount for Phillips Sonicare
thingiverse
The original Philips Sonicare electric toothbrush holder accommodates two brush heads, but for my family's needs, we required an additional slot for our daughter's brush head. During the #cccamp11 event, I decided to create a 3D printable solution as my first private project using OpenSCAD. Initially, I designed a modular three-brush holder that could be linked together; however, due to size and production time constraints, it was not feasible with the available plotter at camp. As an alternative, I created a single mount that could be placed beside the original holder, resulting in a total of three brush head slots. This design is scalable, allowing users to generate modular or non-modular mounts for any number of brush heads by editing the OpenSCAD file. Unfortunately, I never produced the 3-mount version. If anyone creates one, please let me know. The files are now available for download, with detailed instructions to follow soon.
