Bosch IXO Bit Holder: A Storage Solution for Your Toolbox. The Bosch IXO bit holder is designed to keep additional long bits organized and within reach in your toolbox. Its compact design allows it to fit snugly inside a box at an angle, keeping your workspace clutter-free. Originally, this space was intended for manual installation of the bit holder. To install my revised design, you'll need to cut away the lip around the opening to ensure a smooth fit. Depending on how well the holder fits, you may need to apply a small amount of adhesive to secure it in place. To print out this design, use your 3D printer with settings that include a layer thickness of 0.16-0.20 millimeters and a minimum infill percentage of 20%.
