Adderini Compound Bow (Rubber Tube)

Update #2: I modified the wheels for the "Gorilla" arms in order to accept 634ZZ Ball Bearings (4mmx16mmx5mm). This enables the wheels to rotate freely even under higher loads like when using 14 or 17 mm Lattex tubing. You can get those ball bearing either from AliExpress or Ebay. If your printer tolerances are ok you should be able to press in the ball bearings by hand. If not, simply use a mallet or a normal hammer and a small piece of wood in between. Update: I noticed that my "bow arms" bend because of the pre-tension of the Theratube Silver. Also I bought some Latex tubes from China in 5x12 mm and 5x10 mm. While the 5x10 mm Latex tubing was mentioned as cheap replacement for Theratube Silver, I ordered the thicker 5x12 mm as some sort of stronger tubing. You will get also 10x14 and 12x17 mm Latex tubing but I would experiment with maxium of 10x14 mm if you want higher draw weight. I still keep the older slimer wheel and arm designs added since they are perfectly fine for less draw weight. With the much "beefier" Gorilla arms plus a bit different designed wheels / rollers the Adderini feels much more like the orginal design with 6 cm wide stripes of Theraband Gold. This design adds a rubber-powered compound-like bow system to the Adderini. While it is not really a Compound Bow the rolls still allow the Theratube to move while being stretched. The base mount fits the "Slingbow" version of the Adderini. You can use all the original screws for attaching the mount to the Adderini as well screw the end stops directly to the adapter. For mounting the arms to the body as well as attaching the wheels I use some M4x30 mm screws with self securing nuts. Some washers will not hurt as well. If you have some Teflon grease available then grease the axles prior mount the wheels. This helps to reduce the friction. I added two different versions of Picatinny rails. This way you can mount a Laser points / flashlight of your choice which stays in line of sight while reloading. The Picatinny mount have some offset so they do not interfere with a front handle mounted to the cocking lever of the Adderini. No flashlight or Laser mounts are included but you will find a lot online. This is the first design I charge a few bucks for. I hope you can live with it. A lot of spare time went into the other things I published free here at Cults3d.
