Add on to holder stick part

After creating http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1370181, also known as Stand Alone Spool Holder, I discovered that my spool has an outer diameter of 200mm and an inner diameter of 50mm, which is just the right size to lightly touch the ground rather than resting on the holder entirely. To resolve this issue, I modified the stick part of the holder. As a result, everything now functions as intended.
