It's an extension of the 'SD Card Holder For Creality CR10 by rmlc460' project on thingiverse. You can use a micro SD to micro SD cable instead of the micro SD to SD card cable included in the initial project. (Please select or purchase the correct flex extension cable as shown in the pictures.) This modification still preserves the micro SD slot on the motherboard of the CR10. It works with both the CR10 and CR10S models. Make sure to buy the right cable, just like it's shown in the photos.
