I'm posting this up here just in case my old bottle breaks and I can print another one. It's essentially an adapter that lets you use any bottle as a soap dispenser, so the extruder part was still good even after my bottle got cracked. The original one was used on a dish soap dispenser mounted under the sink, but sadly it only lasted for a few days before breaking. So I made a more rigid version - the bottom part is still compatible with any soda bottle, but I've made the top part thicker to about 20 mm in diameter.
