Adaptive Switch
thingiverse
The DIY switch is perfect for use with switch activated toys, environmental controls, and speech generating devices that require a 3.5mm plug. The entire project is simple and inexpensive using just three parts:\r\n\r\n1) Grab a NERF Vortex disc for the top. These discs are affordable and widely available online or in toy sections of brick and mortar stores. Not only do they look great, but they also feel good since they're made out of foam. If you have kids who play with NERF, you might even find some by looking under the sofa.\r\n\r\n2) Get a Micro Momentary Tactile Push Button Switch (12mm x 12mm x 7.3mm) with Keycap. These allow the top of the switch to snap onto the base.\r\n\r\n3) Use a 3.5mm 1/8" Male Mini "Mono" Plug to Plug, cut in half.
