Adapters for Wide USB SD/MicroSD holder

A collection of adapters enables you to utilize a part printed previously with more recent technology. A set of shims transforms the USB A cutout on the excellent [USB SD and MicroSD holder for wide USB sticks by Lalo_Solo](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2637487) into a USB C cutout or slim USB A cutout. These parts are very small, with awkward geometries that don't leave you with many good print orientation options. The application requires an accurate shape and tight clearance. I successfully printed these using the `.1mm DETAIL` profile in Slic3r Prusa Edition on my MK3s. A 15% infill setting was used, but it's likely unnecessary at this size. For the initial several layers, I reduced the print speed to about 30% of typical using manual speed scaler, then sped it up after confirming solid base layer adhesion. Each part took around 40 minutes to print (I'm not joking when I said I went slow). These parts were modeled in Fusion360 with tighter tolerances and clearances than usual, designed for press-fit into the USB Organizer and staying put. You can easily remove them by pressing through the hole on the bottom of the Organizer if needed. The pictures clearly demonstrate how to insert the finished parts. Glueing them in is an option too.
