Old version: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:516376 This new one is slightly larger and has a larger base to prevent separation from the bed during printing, ensuring it stays securely in place. The reinforced flange that enhances stability also makes it easier to grip and screw into the propeller, providing extra confidence during the printing process. I printed this model using a 0.5mm nozzle and 0.1mm layers with ABS plastic, while adjusting the fan to 75% speed after the fourth layer had been completed. I duplicated the design three times, applying a 10mm brim to enhance stability of each part during printing. The blades' colors have also been indicated: black is counter-clockwise (CCW) and white is clockwise (CW). The shaft is constructed from 3mm polished tool steel, precision engineered for optimal performance. To properly secure the blades, M6 x 1.0 dies with left-hand and right-hand threading were used to carefully clean up the threads on both sides, ensuring a seamless fit.
