I successfully adapted a Dremel tool, specifically the MultiPro Model 395, to fit seamlessly into a Wolcraft 43mm drill press for an affordable price of approximately 36€. This setup proves to be highly effective in drilling through PCBs with excellent results. I've found it to be the best quality-to-price ratio among all options I've explored so far.
